The photos looked right: the jar, the chicken chews, even the stories from other dog owners. But the seller was a name you had never heard of, and the price looked too good.
Quick answer: OcuLabs is sold only at ocupetlabs.com. Any listing on Amazon, eBay, Chewy, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop or a Facebook page shop that uses our jar photos, ingredient graphics or customer stories is not ours, and our 90-day guarantee, testing and support do not cover it. A real jar was ordered from our store, matches the ingredient panel on our product page, and can be found by support@ocupetlabs.com. If you bought a lookalike, stop giving it if the label does not match, claim a refund from the marketplace and send us the link.
Where is OcuLabs sold?
Only at ocupetlabs.com. We do not sell through Amazon, eBay, Chewy, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop or Facebook page shops, and no other seller is authorised to sell OcuLabs.
We have seen our jar photos, ingredient graphics and customer stories reused on marketplace listings under other names. Photos are easy to copy. The formula, the testing and the guarantee are not.
Six checks to tell a real OcuLabs jar from a fake
- Where did you order? Only ocupetlabs.com counts. A marketplace order is not an OcuLabs order, whatever the listing says.
- Who sent the confirmation? Our order emails come from our store, and our support address ends in @ocupetlabs.com.
- Does the label match the website? Compare the panel on the jar with the product page. Vision Support Bites list lutein 6 mg, astaxanthin 1 mg, beta-carotene 1.5 mg and DHA 100 mg per two chews, 90 chews a jar. Calming + Anxiety Support Chews list chamomile 80 mg, hemp seed oil 80 mg, valerian 50 mg, passion flower 30 mg, vitamin B1 30 mg, melatonin 4 mg and L-theanine 3 mg per two chews, 90 chews (200 g). Hip + Joint Support Chews list glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, green-lipped mussel, turmeric, omega-3s, hyaluronic acid and Boswellia, 90 chews (200 g). Turkey Tail+ lists eight actives per 1.6 g scoop in a 50 g jar. Different numbers, a different serving or a different count means it is not ours.
- Does the name match? OcuLabs, or OcuPetLabs after our web address. Close spellings, extra words or another brand name next to our photos are lookalikes.
- Is the price wildly different? Our prices are on our site. A listing at a fraction of that is not selling what we sell.
- Can support find the order? Email support@ocupetlabs.com with the order number. If we cannot find it, we did not sell it.
Why a lookalike matters for your dog
A copied photo does not copy the formula. Our products are third-party tested, Turkey Tail+ is screened for heavy metals, and every product page lists the active ingredients so you can check the jar against it. A lookalike could hold anything from a generic chew to filler with a flavour, and nobody can tell you which.
For a senior dog on a daily routine, that is months of nothing, or worse. Our guarantee exists so you can judge our product over the window that matters. We cannot extend it to a jar we never sold.
I bought a fake OcuLabs product. What now?
- Compare the label with our product page. If the panel differs, stop giving it.
- Claim a refund from the marketplace. Most marketplaces offer buyer protection for misrepresented items; use it.
- Send us the listing. Email the link and a photo of the jar to support@ocupetlabs.com so we can report it.
- Watch your dog. If there has been any reaction, see your vet and keep the jar and its label for reference.
Why we sell direct only
Selling through one channel lets us control the formula, the batch testing, the storage and the support, and it is how the guarantee can exist at all. It also means that when you have a question, the person answering can see your order and your dog's routine.
If you are unsure about anything you have seen online, ask us before you buy. A two-line email to support@ocupetlabs.com with a link or a screenshot is enough.

Frequently asked questions
Does OcuLabs sell on Amazon, eBay or Chewy?
No. OcuLabs products are sold only at ocupetlabs.com. A marketplace listing showing our jars, our ingredient graphics or our customers' photos under any seller name is not an authorised OcuLabs listing.
How can I tell if my OcuLabs jar is real?
It was ordered at ocupetlabs.com, the order confirmation came from our store, the label matches the ingredient panel on our product page, and support@ocupetlabs.com can find your order. If any of those checks fail, it is not ours.
Is the OcuLabs guarantee valid on a marketplace purchase?
No. The 90-day guarantee, third-party testing and support apply only to orders placed at ocupetlabs.com. We cannot verify what is in a jar we did not sell.
What should I do if I bought a fake OcuLabs product?
Stop giving it if the label does not match ours, request a refund through the marketplace's buyer protection, and send the listing link to support@ocupetlabs.com so we can report it. If your dog has had any reaction, see your vet and keep the jar.
Why are there fake OcuLabs listings?
Product photos and copy are easy to copy, and senior dog supplements sell. Copying the pictures does not copy the formula, the testing or the guarantee, which is why we sell in one place only.
