Refund policy


At OcuLabs, we are committed to our formulas. Due to the nature of our products, our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is strictly conditional and subject to the following mandatory requirements. Failure to comply with any of the steps below will result in immediate denial of your refund request.

1. Eligibility Limitations

  • First-Time Purchases Only: The 90-Day Guarantee applies only to a customer’s first purchase of a single, one-month supply item.

  • Final Sale Items: Bulk orders (2+ jars), discounted bundles, promotional items, and all subscription renewals are considered Final Sale and are strictly non-refundable.

2. Mandatory Usage Period & Proof

To evaluate the product's efficacy, it must be used consistently. You may not request a refund before 60 days of continuous use. To qualify for the guarantee, you must provide a signed statement confirming daily usage as directed, along with dated, before-and-after photographs of your pet.

3. The RMA Request Window

You must email support@oculabs.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This request must be submitted exactly between Day 60 and Day 90 from the original date of purchase. Requests made before Day 60 or after Day 90 will be automatically denied.

4. Required Return Condition & Documentation

If an RMA is approved, the physical return package must include:

  • The original product jar (empty or partially used).

  • All original external packaging, boxes, and informational inserts.

  • The original printed packing slip.

  • The valid RMA number written clearly and largely on the outside of the shipping box (returns without an externally visible RMA will be refused by our warehouse and destroyed).

5. Shipping Protocol & Costs

  • You are 100% responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • You must use a premium, trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full retail value of the item. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return parcels.

  • Return tracking numbers must be emailed to support@oculabs.com within 48 hours of the carrier scanning the package.

6. Restocking & Administrative Fees

All approved refunds are subject to a $15.00 non-refundable administrative processing fee, plus a 25% restocking/disposal fee based on the product's purchase price. Original shipping and handling charges paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.

7. Inspection & Processing

Once your return is received, our facility requires up to 14 business days to inspect the contents and verify all documentation. If the return passes inspection, the remaining balance (minus all applicable fees) will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow up to an additional 21 business days for your financial institution to post the funds.
