Our dog formulas are delivered every month at 20% off the one-time price, and our cat formulas show their own delivery options on each product page. Your payment details are stored securely and you’re charged for each delivery. Subscriptions are the best way to keep your pet’s daily routine on track, and you can change or cancel at any time.
Yes. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order, and you can manage your subscription from there, including making changes or cancelling. You can also log in to your account to see your subscriptions.

Choose the subscription you’d like to manage, then cancel it there. Prefer a hand? Email support@ocupetlabs.com and we’ll cancel it for you. Refunding an order does not cancel future deliveries on its own, so tell us if you want both.
